They were exploring moving on to either a three or four-bedroom unit, with the husband wishing for their next property to be a penthouse or patio unit with more outdoor space for their growing family. In terms of financial planning, they were working with a strict budget as they had to set aside funds for family expansion as well. Being located within close proximity to public transportation was also a key selection criteria which further narrowed the supply available.
