In this first part, we will be going through the leasehold projects that will be launching this year. Despite reports of new private home sales dipping and on track for a historic low in Q4 2023, the success of recent new launches like J’den and Watten House indicates that there is still much appetite surrounding attractive new launches. Government Land Sales (GLS) Projects

Government Land Sales (GLS) refer to a system where the government releases parcels of land for sale to private property developers through competitive bidding. These lands are typically designated for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. A total of nine projects are slated to be launched under GLS in 2024.

Adjacent to Beauty World MRT Station, future residents will enjoy proximity to Bukit Timah Market, Shopping Centre, and Beauty World Plaza. Top notch schools like Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary, Bukit Timah Primary, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and international options such as The Perse School Singapore and Wise Oaks International School make this development appealing for families and potential expatriate tenants.

The Hill @ One North

Situated in District 5’s vibrant one-north area, The Hill @ One North offers a luxurious, personalised living experience.
